The Chinese Don't Know What They're Missing

Seems I, like Larry Moran at Sandwalk, am banned in China. I consider it their loss, but it seems a shame not to be exposed to profanity-laden tirades against religion and superstitious thought.

Ah well, so much for my plans of world domination.

....for now.

Don't take it personally Mike I'm blocked too. Looks like it's a blanket block of some kind.

Damn. I was sort of hoping I was singled out for some Communist reasoning. Ah well, at least I hang (computer-wise, anyway) with good, banned company!

I'm banned to. But given that we all are (and China is supposed to be officially atheist) I would hazard a guess that any blogs on Blogspot.com are banned regardless of content. Blogs by their very nature are constantly changing and unpredictable.

I could conceivable start a blog with an inaugural post praising the Peoples' Republic of China, and then follow it up with China bashing posts. Or I could be pro-China but anti-China people would post comments on my blog.

So I guess a blanket ban on Blogger sites is easier for them.
